VIDEO: Kaine Sworn In To 116th Congress
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Tim Kaine was sworn in to the 116th United States Congress in a ceremony on the floor of the U.S. Senate. U.S. Senator Mark Warner escorted Kaine to the floor.
Kaine was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 2012 and reelected in 2018. In the 116th Congress, Kaine will continue to serve on the Senate Armed Services; Foreign Relations; Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions; and Budget Committees.
