Kaine Statement on Boeing Decision to Move Headquarters to Arlington

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, U.S. Senator Tim Kaine, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC), released the following statement on Boeing’s decision to move its headquarters from Chicago to Arlington:

“Boeing’s decision to move its headquarters to Virginia is a testament to our skilled workforce and strong national security community. I’m excited to see Boeing recognize the immense opportunities Virginia has to offer. I’ve long been an advocate of Boeing programs, and I’m eager to work with the company to expand its footprint in Virginia and create more jobs in our Commonwealth.”
