Kaine Floor Speech on Need to Reject Additional Flights at DCA

Two weeks ago, two planes nearly collided at DCA. Still, some of my colleagues are trying to jam even more flights onto the busiest runway in America. Adding more flights will risk passenger safety and cause more delays. We can’t let this happen.
